Why whey isolate and not plant-based protein?Updated 3 days ago

Whey isolate is one of the most well-researched forms of protein available and is known for its high-quality amino acid profile and digestibility. It also scores very highly on protein quality measures like the DIAAS scale, which is one of the reasons I chose it for this formula.

I personally didn’t want to compromise on either effectiveness or taste. While there are high-quality plant proteins out there, they can vary more widely in texture, flavor, and sourcing quality, which made whey isolate the best fit for what I wanted to create.
